Our Process
Our primary focus is to make the website building process as straightforward as possible. We always plan to do the heavy lifting and we’ll organize & communicate anything we need from our clients to keep the project on track.
The process can vary depending on size and complexity of the project, but generally speaking, the steps below will apply to all projects. What will fluctuate is the number of check in meetings, the length of certain phases and how much effort / training may be needed to understand how the new site works.

Discovery
Before starting any project, we need to understand the drivers of the project to help build the project plan and project budget.
Defining the project before it begins helps everyone understand what to expect, when to expect it and eliminates surprises during the project.

Design & Develop
Once the project is approved, the project starts by designing the website. This builds the blueprint of what will be developed and gives clients a visual of their new site.
Upon approval of design, development begins. By leveraging strategic meetings at certain project checkpoints, clients can see the site progress in stages to ensure the project is on track.

Deploy & Support
When the project is fully developed and ready for deployment / go live, we ensure clients have received training on how to manage the site’s content.
After the site is deployed we’ll provide support (as much or little as needed) to keep the site current. This allows anyone visiting the site to always get accurate information.
